Support legal matters to all counterparts in relation to operation and management of the Company (managing legal risks) assigning by Legal Manager and/or GM of Legal & Compliance:
+ Conducting the legal research and providing legal advices to other depts in relation to operation of the Company;
+ Reviewing all types of contracts and legal documents;
+ Updating new laws and regulations to the BOD and other departments;
+ Controlling the standard forms/templates created by Legal.
+ Lodging the applications/ dossiers to the local authorities to obtain the necessary licenses/permissions in relation to operation of the Company.
+ Controlling the company stamp;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years’ experience in legal environment (in law firms or as in-house counsel in multinational companies, prefer Japanese companies).
- Bachelor’s degree in law at least.
- English: fluent in both Writing & Speaking.
- Responsible, trustworthy and attention to details;
- Hands-on approach with can-do attitude;
