Execute the overall SEO strategy for in-house content platforms including news portals, blogs, review sites, and publishing websites.
Translate SEO roadmaps into actionable plans for traffic growth, keyword expansion, and content optimization.
Work closely with Content and Editorial teams to develop SEO-friendly content plans and topic clusters.
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and content gap analysis.
Monitor and improve technical SEO factors including site structure, internal linking, schema markup, crawlability, and indexing.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve SEO-related technical issues.
Ensure optimal performance for large content databases including category structures, tagging systems, and dynamic pages.
Track SEO performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Analyze ranking trends, traffic sources, user engagement metrics, and content performance.
Manage and mentor a team of SEO Specialists.
Set performance targets, workflows, and KPIs for SEO execution.

6+ years of SEO experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team management role.
Proven experience improving organic traffic for content websites, media platforms, or large-scale publishing sites.
Strong knowledge of on-page/ off-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO fundamentals, and content optimization.
Experience with SEO tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to search engine algorithm updates.
