Mô tả công việc

Executing tactical plans for project’s performance.
Optimizing digital ads across Google Ads, Facebook, and other advertising platforms.
Planning and implementing SEM campaigns – including keyword research and ad copywriting.
Managing campaigns – setup, monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensuring achievement of clients’ KPI targets.
Applying digital analytics tools to evaluate and report campaign performance for each client.
Researching and evaluating competitors’ activities.
Collaborating with the planning team.
Researching, exploring, and staying updated on current and upcoming advertising platforms in the market.

4+ years of experience as a Performance Specialist or in a similar role.
Experience with social media, Google Ads, and SEM/SEO.
Proficient in web and app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, AppsFlyer, Adjust…).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Good personal time management skills.
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
