Senior Specialist Legal
Mô tả công việc
- Support legal matters to all counterparts in relation to operation and management of the Company (managing legal risks).
- Do the compliance tasks to ensure the Company comply with the local laws and internal compliance rules (managing compliance risks).
+ Providing legal advices to other departments in relation to operation and management of the Company
+ Drafting, reviewing all types of contracts and legal documents.
+ Revising contracts that reviewed by legal specialists;
+ Support GM for preparation and administration of operations of General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) and Board of Management (BOM);
+ Conducting the legal training with supervising of GM.
+ Working with external lawyers for legal matters in necessary cases.
+ Working and dealing with the local authority for licensing matters.
+ Supervising the controlling licenses of the Company.
+ Guiding/ supervising a Legal specialist to implement the assigned tasks on daily basis.
+ Other jobs as required from GM.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 6 years’ experience in legal and compliance environment (in law firms or as in-house counsel in multinational companies, prefer Japanese companies).
- Bachelor’s degree in law at least.
- Lawyer qualified certificate is preferable.
- English: fluent in both Writing & Speaking
- MS Office skills
- Communication skills: good/clear communication within internal department and with stakeholders
