Senior Specialist (Import and Export)
Mô tả công việc
- Handle and follow the shipments assigned
- In charge of export document of Export - Import Shipments
- Receive new order information from Sales team.
- Check export sea freight rates and choose the best supplier and reserve booking (if being appointed)
- Consult ocean freight rates for sales team export.
- Submit pricing application on system and making payments to suppliers.
- Doing payment request of Deposit & Refund deposit for Waste paper shipments.
- Doing Tax payment request.
- ERP sytem opreration
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 4 years’ experience in same position or specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in import & export.
- English: fluent in both Writing & Speaking
- Knowledge and experience in Logistics field
- MS Office skills
- Familiar with SAP/ ERP system
- Communication skills: good/clear communication within internal department and with suppliers
