Mô tả công việc

Design, build, and maintain mobile apps for the Contact Center platform (agent console, supervisor tools, customer support);
Implement key features: real-time VoIP calls, chat, push notifications, and CRM data integration;
Collaborate with backend, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver stable, scalable, and user-friendly applications;
Optimize app performance, security, and reliability across different mobile devices and networks;
Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards;
Mentor junior developers and support team members in solving technical challenges;
Prepare technical documentation and ensure data protection compliance within mobile modules.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1, Technical Skills:

4–5 years of experience in React Native;
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSocket, push notification systems, and VoIP SDKs (CallKit, Agora, Twilio, etc.);
Proficient in mobile architecture patterns;
Solid knowledge of performance optimization, offline caching, and memory management;
Hands-on experience with Contact Center, CRM, or communication apps is a strong plus;
Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app publishing on App Store and Google Play.

2, Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product and engineering teams;
Ability to mentor, guide, and support junior developers effectively;
Proactive attitude and ownership of project deliverables.

Base salary: 30,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND/month (depending on experience and capability);
