Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for CHECK - CONSULT - BUILD - CONTROL all policies to ensure our benefits are well protected in all operations.
- Check, be aware, consult & monitor all contracts/agreements to protect the company's benefits.
- Check laws compliance then consult/build, monitor & follow up on law compliance of all departments on promotion, advertisement, marketing activities, labor, commerce, and other regulations relating to company operation.
- Manage well Intellectual Property internally/externally to protect the company's benefits.
- Preprare, submit application(s), and liaise with authorities for license, sub-license in term of company business,
- Work and manage the extended projects of the company on investment, license application, KYC, and other relevant legal work.
- Proactively keep track, and update on laws & regulations that impact company business.
- Assist in drafting, issuing, and managing internal legal documents of the company.
- Any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Law or related field.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- At least 3 years experience in the same positions. Having experience in tech/healthcare companies, have a good understanding of Corporate business and culture will be preferred.
- Strong skills in analysis, drafting of contracts and legal documents, negotiation, and presentation.
- Ability to interact externally, especially with government officials and offices.
- Ability to work alone, as well as collaborate with multi-functional teams.
- Having a serious sense of responsibility and focusing on the work.
