Senior Legal Counsel
Mô tả công việc
- Checking documents and commercial transactions between Company and partners to ensure legality, limiting risks, completing legal documents;
- Solving disputes, controlling legal internal processes;
- Based on the legislation, giving advice to the Board of Directors, ensuring the legal compliance of all Company activities;
- Drafting, building, reviewing contracts, consulting contracts related to domestic and international business activities; mitigating the legal risks and protecting the company contractual interests;
- Researching, reviewing and systematizing legal documents related to Company's operation;
- Performing other special assignments as assigned by Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree in Law;
- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of legal consultancy or higher;
- Good command of English (TOEIC >750);
- Having profound knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law;
- Working experiences both in a law firm or in-house counsel are preferable;
- Experience working at internet companies or being experienced in game projects is an advantage;
- Honest, responsible, hard-working and teamwork;
- Good computer skills, proficient in office software;
- Dynamic, professional manner, enthusiastic, assertive.
