Mô tả công việc
- Accompany with BOD during the Project development process, especially in term of licensing matters (ERC, IRC, Investment Approval, Construction Permit, Firefighting & Prevention, and other license in connection with factory operation.
- Draft & submit application or work with law firm/ service company in relation with licensing process.
- Undertake business trip in Vietnam (Mekong Delta, the North of VN) and other countries (such as Laos) to work with authorities in relation to Land Use Planning, construction planning and other Pre-establishment issues of projects.
- Working with broker or land users to acquire land for Project.
- Support authorities during the land clearance process and manage procedure to obtain Land Use Right Certificate in relation to the Project.
- Take part in M& A process in case of new Investor participating the project.
- Draft, prepare, apply for signature, and manage contracts, agreement needed for Project establishment.
- Review, update and advise the management, business and support functions about local regulatory developments, market best practices/developments on legal compliance.
- When required, provide legal advice to the management, business and support functions in responding legal related inquiries with in-depth analysis and commercial oriented solutions;
- Develop legal framework contracts with pre-defined legal and commercial terms and provide a proper contracting governance in order to minimize legal and economic impacts.
- Review and amend contractual documents including participating negotiation process in supporting business (where required) to ensure the mitigation of legal risks while business objectives can be satisfactory by considering practical and commercial solutions.
- Liaise and correspond with external counsels in dealing with related legal matters.
- Coordinate and drive legal projects and audit related matters (if required).
- Other assignments by BOD.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Law, Qualified lawyer in Vietnam (preferred.)
- At least 2-5 years of in-house legal experience and experience in project legal matters.
- willing for business trips and communication with authorities.
- Patience and commitment for long term service.
- Willing to undertake multitasks and miscellaneous paper works.
- Good analytical and task management skills.
- Good planning, forecasting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible in working time and be able to take business trip on frequent basis.
- Good commands in English, especially in law fields.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently for the assignments.
- Expertise in using emails, internet searching and Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility.
- Eager-to-learn, passionate and thriving people.
- Be able to work independently as well as teamwork.
- Honesty, humble, respect others, quickly adaptable to new technology.
