We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in ensuring product quality through designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks for mission-critical applications in the smart city, Fintech, and IoT domains.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts for both frontend and backend components.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to understand product functionality and architecture to define test strategies.
• Analyze and convert requirements into detailed, structured test plans and test cases (both manual and automated).
• Execute and manage test runs, report bugs, and ensure timely resolution by collaborating with development teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality and team productivity.
• Lead and mentor junior QA members on automation best practices.
• Ensure test environments are properly configured and maintained.
• Support UAT phases and work with stakeholders to validate product readiness.

• Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle, test strategies, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Solid hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience in REST API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Proficiency in writing automated tests using Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Knowledge in cross-browser and mobile application testing.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills; advanced English is a plus.
