Are you an experienced IT recruiter looking for a flexible, high-impact role? We’re seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to help us attract and hire top senior-level talent in the tech industry.
What You’ll Do:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Focus on sourcing and engaging senior-level IT professionals.
- Develop job descriptions and post on relevant platforms.
- Proactively reach out to passive talent and manage candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies when needed.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a great experience.
- Gather interview feedback and maintain an organized candidate database.
- Perform reference checks for selected roles.
- Provide insights into Vietnam’s and the international IT job market.

- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on IT roles.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle hiring and talent sourcing.
- Deep knowledge of the IT labor market in Vietnam and globally.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
Quyền lợi/Phúc lợi
- Flexible work hours (4 core hours + 4 flexible hours).
- Equipment Provided: Laptop & phone.
- Base salary: VND 12,000,000 per month, paid on a fixed monthly schedule.
- Per-hire Incentive: Paid per successful hire, depending on level, payment upon candidate's start date:
- Middle level: VND 2,000,000, payment upon candidate's start date
- Senior level: VND 4,000,000, payment upon candidate's start date
- Tech Lead level: VND 6,000,000, payment upon candidate's start date
- Manager level: VND 8,000,000, payment upon candidate's start date
- Director level: VND 10,000,000, payment upon candidate's start date
