We are looking for a motivated and driven sales representative to join Duong Global Business Consulting Group fulltime. This sales representative will actively seek out and engage customer prospects on behalf of our firm. The representative will have great customer service and closing skills, territory management, negotiation, selfconfidence, presentation skills, product knowledge, and will be excellent at forming relationships with clients.
What does a SALES REPRESENTATIVE do?
The SALES REPRESENTATIVE will play an essential role in the obtaining of new customers.
The representative will serve as a liaison between customers and the company presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing (and prospective) customers. Furthermore, this representative will service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.

● Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
● Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
● Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
● Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
● Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
● Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
● Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management
● Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
● Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
● Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
● BS/BA degree or equivalent
● Previous work experience as a sales representative

● Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
● Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
● Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
● Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
● Proficiency in MS Office
● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize wor
