1. Solicits new prospects through cold calling the customer list provided

a. Inactive Customers

b. Government Authority Contractor Grading List

c. BCI Contractor List or any private company that company is subscribing to their services

d. Contractor Association

e. Local Builders Directory

f. Local General Directory

2. Ensure that the portal information for the Sales departments (projects information & customer lists, including any new information added in the future) are maintained & updated

a. Generate new projects from the respective project sources according to the framework

b. Generating of project information reports for the management and sales department

3. Performs other ad hoc duties assigned by Sales Manager

Core Responsibilities:

1. Assists the Sales Executive in handling P/O, whereby ensures that the prices are correctly stated;

2. Handles incoming phone calls and provides professional information to the callers;

3. Makes cold calls to prospective clients to introduce ourselves and to fix appointment for the Sales Executive to elaborate introduction;

4. Generates quotations provided by the Sales Executive and ensures that the clients received the quotation;

5. Helps the Sales Executive to monitor the client’s sales order, buying pattern and reminds the Sales Executive to follow up through site;

6. Generates reports such as Daily Sales Update, Daily Sales Quantity, 3 Months Sales Stock Report, customer vs Sales Executive;

7. Consolidation of Daily Activity Report and Negotiation Monitoring Form to be forwarded to CEO.

8. Performs new client’s data entry in to SQL system in a timely manner

9. Helps Sales Executive to analyse and expand product range within current client;

10. Updates project information and generates latest update onto the main board.

11. Prepare Memorandum and Minutes of Meeting related to Sales Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Minimum educational qualification/ level: College Graduate

2. Minimum years of related working experience: 1 Years

3. Soft skills: Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind set

4. Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills

5. Right Attitude and willing to learn, Follow up skill

6. Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage

7. Any others: English , Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point)
