Position Overview
The Sales Advisor – Luxury Interior is responsible for consulting, presenting, and driving sales of premium interior products imported from the world’s leading brands.
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with high-end clients, collaborating with key partners in architecture, interior design, and luxury real estate, and contributing to the company’s market expansion and brand development strategies.
The Sales Advisor is expected to actively identify and engage potential clients, deliver compelling product presentations, and represent the brand with professionalism, elegance, and deep product knowledge. By bridging the gap between luxury lifestyle aspirations and design solutions, this role plays a strategic part in growing EUDS’s presence in Vietnam’s premium interior market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio and brand heritage, continuously learning to deliver compelling and knowledgeable presentations to clients.
- Actively contribute to building business strategies, sales plans, and departmental KPIs in collaboration with the management team.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships in architecture, interior design, and luxury real estate.
- Proactively attract and invite potential clients to visit the showroom to experience products and brands firsthand.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, showroom visits, and sales activities.
- Represent the company and its brands with professionalism, elegance, and confidence at all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Management and Marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns, targeted outreach, and events to bring new customers to the showroom.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to conduct follow-up visits and participate in after-sales care and engagement activities, aiming to build loyalty and generate repeat sales.
- Work with Project Management and Customer Service teams to participate in project handover and acceptance, collect customer feedback, and propose initiatives to enhance service quality and ensure outstanding project completion.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve sales strategies and expand the company’s client network
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury interior sales, real estate, hospitality, or related industries are preferred.
- Existing networks or strong connections within the high-net-worth / elite community or among leading architects and interior designers is a significant advantage.
- Proven networking and client prospecting skills.
- A strong passion for interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, refined manners, and elegant style.
- A strong willingness to learn and appreciation for premium products and brand heritage.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Strong service mindset, high commitment, and ambition for long-term career growth
