Reception & Guest Relations
- Welcome and greet customers, partners, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage the reception area to ensure a luxurious, neat, and positive first impression.
- Assist guests in accessing product, service, and showroom information.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
Showroom Image & Display Management
- Maintain showroom presentation and décor according to brand standards.
- Ensure the space is always ready to host customers, inspiring and reflecting a premium lifestyle.
- Support event setup and product showcase arrangements.
Customer Care & After-Sales Service
- Collaborate with the Sales team in product handover and customer onboarding after purchase.
- Track and arrange customer warranty and maintenance schedules.
- Organize customer appreciation activities on special occasions (birthdays, holidays, Tet, etc.).
- Monitor, document, and respond promptly to customer needs or inquiries.
- Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, update, and manage customer databases systematically and securely.
- Develop and execute periodic customer care plans tailored to different customer groups.
- Track and report on customer care activities to management (touchpoints, feedback, satisfaction levels).
- Provide recommendations to improve customer experience based on data insights.
Sales & Event Support
- Assist Sales with appointment scheduling and coordination of showroom meetings.
- Work closely with Sales to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Support showroom events, product launches, and VIP guest receptions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or showroom operations, ideally in the premium/luxury segment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (additional languages are a plus).
Strong aesthetic sense with passion for interior design, luxury lifestyle, and customer experience.
Preferred candidates: knowledge and enthusiasm for kitchens, gastronomy, and lifestyle concepts.
