* Marketing Strategy
- Developing and delivering marketing strategies for the organization, existing products and new product development.
- Working closely with the company’s Sales/Operation team to develop and implement of the Brand strategies to build Local Store Marketing chain.
- Work closely with product management & development team to define marketing materials and programs.
- Developing digital strategy for all Marketing activities.
* Marketing Implementation
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing to improve social media reputation and recognition.
-Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, ads words, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
* Leadership
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team and follows company strategy
- Control budgets and allocate resources among projects
- Engage, build up and maintain working spirit for the whole Marketing team
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics and google adwords.
- Analytical and creative and positive thinking
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
