Multi-Store Leadership & Team Development:
- Identify and develop team leaders or supervisors for each store to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service;
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback and implement improvement plans;
- Work closely with the line manager to identify and resolve performance issues/ opportunities of the team members as they arise;
- Support onboarding and training of new staff, ensuring alignment with company culture
- Manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge. Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately to ensure effective store operations;
- Promote the culture, values, and mission and act as a positive example;
- Foster strong internal communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing between stores.
- Act as a communications champion of the company towards the store team, ensuring the company vision, mission, values and rationales are accurately and truthfully delivered to all team members (e.g., new directives, policies, procedures changes);
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operation Strategy & Sop Standardization:
- Develop and implement a standard operational procedures (SOP) to ensure operational and service consistency across all stores, including customer flow, product display, sales process, and service experience.
- Ensure each store adheres to agreed SOPs, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate performance and provide on-ground support.
- Implement systems to share best practices, innovations, and insights among store managers/ store supervisors.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure brand alignment in-store layout, signage, and customer experience
Product Quality Management
- Oversee the quality and consistency of all product offerings, including chocolate, beverages, and savory food.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to relevant departments to maintain high standards.
- Lead a continuous improvement loop by gathering customer and team feedback.
Sales Growth & Performance Tracking
- Drive business growth by identifying and implementing new sales opportunities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that expand the brands market presence.
- Set and monitor KPIs and sales targets for each location, and ensure both stores are aligned with business objectives.
- Track and report on key performance KPI (sales, foot traffic, and conversion rates, etc.) on monthly basis
- Ensure standardized quality and performance monitoring including definition, processes, measures, tools, KPIs and review.
- Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement cost-effective improvements
- Support in-store execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and brand initiatives.
- Receive and implement directives from the Line Manager regarding company regulations, new policies, and promotional programs to enhance the store’s image and effectively engage potential customers
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Ensure a consistent and delightful customer journey across all stores.
- Ensure all staff are trained in product knowledge and storytelling to deliver immersive brand experience.
- Represent The Cocoa Project in meetings, partnerships, or store visits when required.
- Build strong local relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., neighbors, authorities)
- Managing local stakeholders' relationships such as government, neighbors...etc.
- Explore local collaboration or sponsorship opportunities to elevate brand presence
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in food service, hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role in retail or F&B
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Strong problem-solving and delegation abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about chocolate, food culture, and sustainability
- In-depth understanding of F&B trends, retail customer experience, and operational best practices
- Financial acumen and experience in managing store budgets and performance metrics
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital store management tools
