Coordinate with QC & production team to ensure all requirement to be met and all complains are compliant.
Solve our customer complaints by investigating and work with team to find out the root cause then follow up the progress of complaint until completing.
Random-check daily to ensure all procedures are implemented effectively
Update, prepare & control all related Change in sub-con.
Develop any samples when requested and conduct to get Quarterly samples
Work closely with production sub-con side to ensure Testing, Procedures are being carried out properly.
Randomly Test all types of the hangers for quality Test according to AQL 2.5 and co-ordinate with sub-con to the material incoming.
Work closely with sales and logistic team to arrange production properly for urgent & abnormal cases.
Send daily/weekly/monthly Report of the and Quality bulk production issue and customer's complain.
