Mô tả công việc

Manage the full project lifecycle for outsourcing projects, from initiation to closure
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution
Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, and implement mitigation plans
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction
Conduct project reviews, post-mortems, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support resource planning and allocation in collaboration with department leads
Ensure all projects adhere to company processes and quality standards

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the software development or IT outsourcing industry.
Fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to work confidently with global clients and stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
