Appointment: Product Responsibility Liaison
Reports to: Lab Head
Job location: 3M Vietnam Head office, HCMC
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain documentation relevant to assessment of risk to human health and the environment.
• Prepare and file regulatory documents on both local and/or corporate system.
• Perform technical activities leading to regulatory compliance of local and global regulation, assessment of safety to human health (toxicology) and the environment, liability avoidance, product registration and product responsibility issues concerning existing or new materials, products, hard goods, and/or technologies or processes having significant importance to the business.
• Support and contribute to new/modified products or processes introduction
• Manage a wide-scope Life Cycle Management system while operating in a diversified product-mix environment.
• Liaising with various countries on the need to ensure compliance of individual country requirements.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Possess local and global regulatory knowledge such as – REACH, RoHS, JIG, FDA, country chemicals inventories, high pressure gas, product CR mark, electrical parts, and etc
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Life Cycle Management, EHS-Regulatory management, review of material/product composition / formula and compliance monitoring methods preferred.
• Have at least a Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related fields. A Master or PhD degree in Chemistry or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with and respond to the information needs of corporate staff, laboratory personnel, manufacturing and management.
• Participate in project planning. Maintain awareness of technical/regulatory opportunities and take initiative to suggest/test ideas.
• Interaction with global team is required.
• Ability to handle and protect company confidential and restricted information.
• Collect and review Material Information (RMIF/PFGIF) from 3M’s vendors.
