Job Description:
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the product direction, managing the backlog, and working closely with engineering, business, and other stakeholders. Your goal is to ensure the product is delivered with high quality, aligns with the company’s vision, and meets real user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the product backlog in line with the overall product roadmap.
- Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (including customers, internal teams, and partners) to gather requirements and define clear, actionable user stories.
- Ensure user stories are well-structured and aligned with the product vision.
- Work closely with the development team to deliver product features on time and with high quality.
- Allocate Product team resources effectively to deliver impactful solutions.
- Plan and coordinate product releases, working with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Analyze user data and feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related updates and communications.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a tech or software development environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making.
- Deep customer empathy and a user-centric product mindset.
Strong organizational and team management skills.
