Payable Accountant (Retail Fashion)
Mô tả công việc
- Daily verify Payment requests, invoices and staff claim
- Liaise with other department and supplier to reconcile and ensure the documents are accurate and sufficient
- Proceed payment to all supplier domestics/overseas and staff once a week
- Proceed urgent payment for customs, tax and other
- Daily post transactions related to payment, staff claim and supplier invoices into Oracle
- Accrue all payable to supplier and staff monthly
- Reconcile cash in bank with bank statement and cash on hand with Cashier monthly
- Create PO in the system
- Register overseas medium loan with State bank of Vietnam
- Maintain record file of all loan drawn down and repayment during the year
- Deal with bank on loan drawn down/repayment, bank guarantee and other
- Work with an external auditor
- File bank, payment and input VAT invoice
- Support Chief Accountant and team member
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BA degree in Accounting
- At least 1-3 year experience in relating position
- Good at Excel
- Able to work under pressure
