Mô tả công việc

Providing legal and labor consulting to clients.
Preparing, reviewing and revising various documents and conducting various legal research regarding above.
Handling or providing support for M&A cases and other corporate deals.
Cooperating with and supporting director and legal manager developing our legal and labor service including but not limited to establishing a law firm with AGS`s request.
Educating staffs in legal department and other departments with your knowledge and experience.
Providing internal consulting to ACC, INC and other departments in AGS if directed, requested or admitted by director or legal manager.
Providing various materials such as educational materials, materials for internal/ external seminar, news letters and any other ones requested by director or legal manager.

Have a lawyer's certificate (Must for a lawyer)
Have above for longer than 2 years (Desirable for a lawyer)
Have a Bachelor of Law or working experience as a legal specialist (Must for both).
TOEIC 860, Japanese level N2 or those equivalent (Desirable for both)
TOEIC 760, Japanese level: N3 or equevalent. (Must for both)
Enthusiastic, positive, response quickly to work. (From this item must for both)
Understanding Japanese culture or experience working in Japanese companies is an advantage.
Can wowk independently, team work.
Logical thinking, honest, diligent, devoted to work.
Being punctual enough to work in an international environment
