Operation Manager (E-Commerce)

- Build, implement, control and optimize Ecommerce‘s operation process.
- Analyze and optimize Ecommerce performance indicators (order processing time, delivery time, return rate, cancellation rate, out of stock rate ...).
- Execute, track retail / brand campaign and provide report on specific sales performance.
- In coordination with digital related persons and Manager of the Brand and related persons of the Brand to Review media statistics and Monitor analytics.
- Manages product lines, stock level, service issues, new policies to ensure timely response/inform to BOD and/or Manager of the Brand, PIC of the marketing of the distributor.
- Executes e Content creation tied to product and promotion uploads, implement changes/new features and ensure accuracy of e Content
- Monitoring, testing and evaluating the quality of delivery services of partners. Timely detect and coordinate to offer solutions to solve problems with partners to ensure the images and quality of services of website to customers.
- Propose processes and solutions to optimize Ecommerce‘s operating costs.
- Coordinate with merchandise team to allocate and maximize the number of sales.
- Regularly track and report inventory to warehouse team to ensure sufficient quantity of goods for Ecommerce is met.
- Regularly check Ecommerce system to ensure smooth and unclog operation in order processing & operation.
- Implementation of Ecommerce‘s operational processes (Tracking, checking, order processing, checking goods packing process, shipping partner ...).
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience required: At least 3-5 years or more in marketing or sales for the ecommerce business for fashion field.
- Experience for designing and setting up, launch and operate e Commerce site based on the instruction and requirement from the Brand.
- Qualities required: Teamwork skills / High collaboration skills /Campaign management skills /Content marketing skills / Data analytics skills /Consumer insights.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Test and learn spirit. Empowered. Need to be passionate by the mission. Adaptability, cooperation effectively with change.
- Good and clear communication skill in verbal and written English.
