Mô tả công việc
Store Management:
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
- Manage revenue, inventory, loss prevention, and cost optimization.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing store staff to ensure high-quality service.
Operations & Retail Chain Management:
- Support the implementation of operational plans, expansion strategies, and performance improvements for the store chain.
- Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement...) to ensure timely product availability at competitive prices.
- Monitor business KPIs for each store and propose strategies to boost sales.
TikTok Channel Management & Online Sales Operations:
- Create content, livestream, or collaborate with the team to manage the store’s TikTok channel.
- Keep up with trends and optimize sales strategies on TikTok Shop to increase sales performance.
- Support marketing campaigns on TikTok and other online platforms.
Reporting & Executive Support:
- Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and operational indicators as required.
- Work closely with senior management and support the implementation of business strategies.
- Translate documents related to work when necessary.
- Other tasks required by line manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Chinese proficiency (HSK 4 or above) to communicate and work with Chinese partners.
- At least 2 year of experience in retail, convenience store chains, supermarkets, or F&B outlets.
- Experience in store operations, team management, inventory control, and financial oversight.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, online sales, and livestreaming is a significant advantage.
- Quick learner with an operational mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...).

Thời gian làm việc
- Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (từ 10:00 đến 23:00)
- Thời gian: Xoay ca linh hoạt:
- Ca sáng: 10h - 18h
- Ca tối: 15h - 23h
