Controls personnel data including : inputting and updating personal data in HRP and filing personal profiles.
Follow up probation period.
Prepare labour contract and follow up for renewal ones.
Manage staff leaves and required leave report.
Coordinate with HR staff in Factory to prepare information for declaration of social and health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees every month.
Manage tax code registration and dependent registration with Binh Duong Tax Authority.
Manage and follow up registration PVI with AON for staff.
Run payroll of Sales Rep. and coordinate with Sales team to prepare related report.
Prepare termination payment and document for departing staff level Non Manager.
C&B Onboarding & Exit process compliance.
Tracking and filing all other HR document.
Assist in HR related payment process.
Other tasks assigned.

2 - 3 year experience in the similar position ininternational FMCG environment.
