Mô tả công việc

* Providing advice on Legal issues for BOD and business units;

- First drafting, consolidate and file the dossiers for corporate registration and investment activities of Company (company establishment, adjustment, investment registration, trademark registration and other regulatory registration procedures;

- Drafting/first drafting/review contracts arising in the day-to-day operations of Company; Verify of contract before sending to sign (English and Vietnamese);

- Updating local Law and regulation timely;

- Organize the archiving, preservation and control the use of legal dossiers and documents under the management of Legal Division/supervisor; and

- Other Legal tasks as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University graduation with major in Legal;

- English fluency, special in speaking and writing – Toeic 500 or equivalent;

- Well understanding and researching in law and regulation;

- Well in interpersonal and communication skills; and

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint

- At least 2 years of working experience.

- Experience in Law Firm about Investment is preferred.

* Work at: KONOIKE VINATRANS LOGISTICS CO.,LTD (HQ)

- No 18A Luu Trong Lu, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, Dist 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

* Time working: Mon-Sat (morning) 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM
