Mô tả công việc
- Studying clients’ requests precisely for every project.
- Generating ideas and proposing various options for project’s approach.
- Proposing technical solutions for each project and working closely with Account to issue detailed proposals for clients.
- Maintaining and tracking timelines, budget, coordinating different departments for in-house Research Projects.
- Attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Work with the Director of Research & Innovation and the Project Managers to eliminate blockers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Tourism & Hospitality or related field of study.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Strong passion for research works in tourism and travel field.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery is a bonus.
