National QC/QA and Food Safety Manager

1. Planning
- Lead AOP Food Safety and commercialization agenda for all plants.
- Ensure that all Food Safety standards and procedures are developed, reviewed, followed and documented in annual and/ or per plan.
- Conduct and lead Food Safety internal and external audits such as SQA and FSSC 22K, BRC, Halla,…
2. Control and Monitoring
- Monitor and verify activities to ensure that all products coming in and out of the facility meet Food Safety standards
- Ensure proper preventive maintenance and sanitation activities of all facility to comply with Food Safety standards and requirements
3. Excution
- Lead quality trouble shooting at nationwide scope
- Provide technical support to new and existing business initiatives and products rollouts including Food Safety approvals
- Drive 100% quality, Food Safety, compliance with local regulations and Nafoods -Food Safety program
- Develop and support co-packers to ensure quality compliance and reliability to manufacture Nafood’s products
- Other duties, as assigned
4. Coaching and developing
- Develop Food Safety roadmap to meet Ops vision with right structure design, clearly Role/ RAM
- Coach sufficient skills and build successor for QCM
- Drive sustainable quality and Food Safety culture
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Food Science/Technology or Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical/ Industrial)
- Minimum 05 year experiences in Food / Agriculture industry in QAD (Quality Assurance Division) or Senior QA manager position.
- Familiarity with working under high pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple project and tasks to meet business challenges
- Team work and ability to work effectively and efficiently with teams toward common goals.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills – both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English essential.
- Basic PC.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel.
