Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a young, creative Videographer with the ability to shoot and edit short-form videos using smartphones, enhanced by the power of AI tools. You should have a strong aesthetic sense and a passion for creating content that appeals to global audiences.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end production of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content — from concept to execution — with commercial, viral, and engaging outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Shoot high-quality short-form videos using smartphones (iPhone/Android) in a variety of settings (indoor, outdoor, studio, low light, etc.).
Edit videos using tools like CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar.
Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Descript) to streamline editing, add captions, transitions, effects, and generate assets.
Produce trendy, stylish, and engaging content that resonates with international viewers, especially U.S.-based consumers in beauty, lifestyle, tech, and DTC.
Contribute ideas, develop content concepts, and work closely with the creative team or autonomously when needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

At least 2 years of experience filming and editing mobile-first short-form content.
Proficient in CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar editing platforms.
Experience with AI-enhanced editing workflows is a strong advantage.
Strong visual storytelling skills with a sharp aesthetic sense and good pacing.
Trend-savvy, self-driven, and able to create content that feels native and modern.
A portfolio showcasing short-form videos (personal, branded, or UGC).
English proficiency is a plus (especially for working with global content).
