Mô tả công việc
- Project Deployment & Coordination:
- Execute marketing activities in line with brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
- Support the roll-out of offline and online campaigns, including content marketing, market research, photo & video shooting, etc.
- Assist the Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM) in executing targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to implement and deliver marketing plans effectively.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and media partners for branding materials, campaign production and execution.
- Manage agencies in content planning, posting schedules, and content calendars across owned channels.
- Develop and produce compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), blog articles, and the company website.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of product samples for marketing campaigns and sales activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Social Community Management
- Manage and monitor the company’s online communities (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc.), ensuring timely responses to inquiries and fostering meaningful engagement.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics; compile reports to inform future content and communication strategies.
- Record and report on leads generated from company hotline, emails, and other relevant channels.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with proven skills in campaign coordination and social media/community management.
- Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing, or construction-related sectors is an advantage.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media analytics, and digital marketing tools.
