* Management Accounting
- Prepare short-term/ long-term financial forecast
- Create and prepare template for Financial Management Reports
- Participate in new projects to evaluate financial aspects
- Prepare company financial & business analysis quarterly/ annually to provide insight to top management in financial position of the company.
- Monitor budget spending status, analyze and provide commentary on variances, take appropriate but strategic actions to reflect the budget discrepancies. Ensure the budget cycles reflected the up-to date business requirements.
- Follow-up till implementation of initiatives to improves revenues/ reduce costs.
- Provide financial information to related parties.
* Internal Audit
- To prepare the annual audit plan for Chairman’s and BOD approval
- To organize the execution of Internal Audit plan and ad-hoc audits as requested by Board of Directors and CEO. To take initiative in adjusting plan submitted to Board of Directors and CEO for approval in accordance with actual activities of IPP F&B from time to time.
- To set up, amend, modify and regularly enhance Internal Audit method, policy and process
- To prepare all reports related to Internal control system, Internal audit to group and external authorities
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Knowledge: A graduate qualified Accounting, Auditing professional (i.e. CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent depending on degree), with at least 3 years experience in corresponding position.
* Functional Competencies (Skills/Capabilities)
- A good understanding of costing and ledger management
- Good at setting up procedures, compliance control
- A thorough understanding on the application of compliance controls and risk management.
- Practical experience of a significant change or capital project, due deligent project.
- A sound understanding of tax/duties
- Other key competencies
* Other requirements:
- Computer: MS office, Accounting software, SAP, ERP
- English: Good
