Mô tả công việc
- Build and Develop the publishing aim of MMusic
- Own the strategy for MMusic’s music licensing and pursue new licensing opportunities with a goal of driving revenue and increasing awareness of MMusic artists
- Develop a publishing agreement, strategy, and pitch for signing artist, producer, songwriter, to publishing agreements outside of the MMusic.
- Serve as the central point of contact for licensing partners.
- Manage relationships with all publishing partners (admin, sync, etc.)
- Expand repertoire through catalogue acquisitions and roster growth
- Drive creative output by setting up sessions and placing client’s compositions with recording artists
- Manage all administrative duties related to licensing agreements, including, but not limited to, management of audio files, tracking payment and royalties, and facilitating additional copyright licenses as necessary
- Working with the internal team to promote the artist & compositions.
- Other special projects and tasks as assigned as needed
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Solid licensing background with an understanding of music/content licensing, and experience with contracts
- Strong existing relationships with Music Songwriter, Artist, music placement companies and other potential licensees
- Good communicator, proven negotiator and presenter
- Well organized with ability to plan and deliver; high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Proven interpersonal relationship skills
- Good IT skills
- Passion for music
