• Participate in the process of handling copyright infringement to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Representative Company such as:
• Participate in negotiating and settling legal disputes over copyright infringement with infringing parties;
• Research, collect and analyze information and documents of parties committing copyright infringement;
• Drafting and appraising contracts and legal documents related to copyright infringement;
• Advising and answering legal issues requested by clients or copyright infringers;
• Review and resolve problems arising in the process of contract performance;
• To study and update regularly and promptly changes in laws and circulars,... related to the Company's field of operation;
• Perform other tasks at the request of the manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Have knowledge and experience in Intellectual Property Law and/or the situation and operation of Vietnamese enterprises;
• Graduating from University or higher majoring in Law and Economics (preferred);
• Experience in consulting and negotiation;
• Be proactive in work, withstand work pressure;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• High sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
• Proficiency in English (required), Korean (preferred).
