Legal Supervisor (Công Ty Thời Trang Và Mỹ Phẩm Âu Châu)
Mô tả công việc
- Provide legal opinions, prepare, draft, review contracts and other legal documents (including but not limited to commercial contracts, human resources procurement contracts, service contracts, leasing agreements, power of attorney, minutes of a meeting or any similar documents in relation to the Company) to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the Company’s interest;
- Research and analyze the law on complex issues
- Dealing, negotiating with Landlords/Vendors for premises' Rent
- Support Manager in analyzing and summarize complex legal documents and matters;
- Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and propose strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk;
- Support Manager on compliance and corporate legal issues;
- Research and update the latest legal documents;
- Brainstorming with high level of problem solving skills.
- Other legal requirements/supports within the Company designed by Line Manager or BOD
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 year experiences in Legal Field (prefer have experiences in Malls)
- Sociable, careful and calm with co-operated Attitude is highly requested;
- Well-organized and multiple-tasks oriented under high pressure;
- Excellent team player, supportive mind-set with win-win solution concept;
- Positive problem analysis & solving, be able to deal with new challenges;
- High working knowledge of Computer Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Good command in English is a must (Reading, Writing)
