Mô tả công việc
- Communicating and cooperating with law firm to Involve in the implementation of procedures related to Real estates, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, contracts
- Support other departments in contract negotiation and modification.
- Communicating and cooperating with other teams inside the company to deal with raised legal issues, including but not limited to licenses, administrative procedures
- Organizing and updating the real estate and construction related laws in Vietnam.
- Management of various legal contract management for ongoing and future projects
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Law University degree (English University degree is acceptable)
- Good at English
- More than 3 years of experience working in a law firm or legal team
- Experience working at foreign companies, including Korean companies, preferred.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong motivation to learn new things
- High attention to detail
- Willing to go on business trip domestically when required

- Hanoi Representative Office: Floor 17th, PVI Building, Lot VP2 Yen Hoa Residential, and public works, Pham Van Bach, Yen Hoa, HN
- Working time: Mon - Fri (8:00 am - 17:00 pm, lunch break: 12:00 - 13:00) and Saturday (9:00 am -12:00am).

- Salary: 18M ~ 20M VND (Gross Salary/ Negotiable)
