Mô tả công việc
- Licenses and Certificates: Follow up closely on the management list and requests for Business Licenses of the Branches to ensure application on time;
- Contracts: Handle reviewing contracts of departments;
- Legal Consultancy: Research relevant law stipulations and consult for issues arising from various activities of the Company;
- Other tasks:
+ Compose official letters and reports to authorities;
+ Make reports for related depots by requests from local authorities;
+ Send laws updates when there are new law regulations to relevant departments.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelors’ Degree in Law, Commercial Law or related majors;
- Be proficient in English (4 skills) and MS Office;
- Have general knowledge of Vietnamese laws;
- Be ready for overtime working or going on business trip;
- Be careful, honest, and responsible;
- At least 1 year of working experience in a Legal position for a manufacturing and/or business company.
