Mô tả công việc

Provide legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters such as contracts, regulatory compliance, investment, litigation, employment law, intellectual property and corporate governance
Identify and mitigate legal risks
Draft, negotiate and vet contracts, legal documents and agreements
Develop and implement legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws.
Ensure all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws
Report on legal activities, risks and litigation
Represent the company in legal proceedings, working with outside counsel when required
Other tasks as required by the business

Yêu cầu ứng viên

A law degree with a minimum of three years’ experience in a legal function or a law firm
Excellent attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Proven analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrating your ability to assess and understand complex legal issues, and provide strategic advice
Have knowledge on e-commerce and online booking business, data privacy and protection regulations
