Mô tả công việc
- Provide legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters such as contracts, regulatory compliance, investment, litigation, employment law, intellectual property and corporate governance
- Identify and mitigate legal risks
- Draft, negotiate and vet contracts, legal documents and agreements
- Develop and implement legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws.
- Ensure all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws
- Report on legal activities, risks and litigation
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, working with outside counsel when required
- Other tasks as required by the business
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A law degree with a minimum of three years’ experience in a legal function or a law firm
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrating your ability to assess and understand complex legal issues, and provide strategic advice
- Have knowledge on e-commerce and online booking business, data privacy and protection regulations
