Focus on reviewing and implanting all legal documentation, both local and international, to fully comply with the law and provide legal advice.
Job Responsibilities:
• Taking responsibilities for drafting, reviewing Company’ contracts and agreement
• Handling all legal matter to mitigate legal risk and administrative activities, update of new local regulations related to company's business
• Direct engagement with Regional legal executives, working relationship with managers
• Effectively assess potential legal risks in the business that the Company is operating in short-term and long-term
• Be the representative for the Company in any dispute or litigation processes (if required)
• Provide general legal advice and supports to various departments
• Perform other tasks as required by the BOD
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Degree, majoring in Law, have Lawyer’s practicing certificate
• At least 3-5 year working experience for either local or foreign law firm
• Fluent in English, strong knowledge of Legal English is preferred
• Microsoft Office competency
• Diligent, honest, hardworking, responsible
• Negotiation and Communication skills, Able to work under pressure
• Strong presentation skill
