Job Summary:
We're looking for a candidate with two to five years of relevant experience and a background in licensing, corporate law advisory and transaction legal service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and reports to advise clients on legal issues related to licensing regulatory requirements, and transactional legal matters.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide advisory on contract terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
3. Assist in due diligence activities for various transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures.
4. Assist in the resolution of legal disputes, including conducting negotiations, preparing settlement agreements, and representing clients in mediation or alternative dispute resolution processes, as necessary.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Minimum of two to five years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail to delivering high-quality work.
