Mô tả công việc
- Timely update and review HR policies and procedure to ensure they are well compliance with Vietnam labor law
- Associate with other divisions to support and manage employee, update staff profile and organization chart
- Be in charge of labor contract: salary approval, letter of offer, labor contract, appendix, renew contract confirmation and ensure labor contract list is up-to-date. Prepare paperwork such as: job transfer, termination decision, promotion
- Prepare and submit all documents related to SHUI: health insurance card, insurance book, sickness and maternity allowance as per local law. Compare data with insurance Department, make payment and monthly report
- Prepare and submit all documents related to PIT: make PIT code for individual and dependents, complete monthly PIT declaration for employee and make payment, do yearly PIT finalization and submit to Tax Department
- Check and make attendance, overtime list and manage annual leave
- Collect all data for monthly payroll sheet
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree; have at least 2 years experience in C&B field.
- Male/Female , 26 - 33 years old;
- Responsible, initiative, hard-working, careful;
- Self-motivated with problem solving abilities;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of English and computer skills
