The Paralegal is responsible for participating in all legal works rendered by HUY&Partners (Law Firm) to our Clients, including providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and managing legal risks across all business operations.
- Responsible for fulfilment of legal works of the Law Firm to our Clients, research and provide the initial legal advice outcomes to lawyers for perusal;
- Participate in drafting, review, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the Clients’ legitimate rights and interests are duly protected;
- Responsible for handling case disputes related to commercial contracts, economic contracts, or civil contracts in a timely and cost-effective manner;
- Participate in liason and work with State agencies, departments, branches to resolve related legal issues of our Clients;
- Research and promptly update changes in laws, circulars, etc. related to the Clients’ production and business activities when required;
- Responsible for archiving, managing legal documents and records that arise from the legal works at HUY&Partners;
- Other tasks requested by lawyers.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree of bachelor of laws or higher;
- Attending the Legal Practicing Course (encouraged);
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in legal practice or in-house legal role;
- Good English skills (Minimum TOEIC 600, IELTS 5.5 - expired certificate may be acceptable);
- Having experience working with government State agencies, departments and branches;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively;
- High level of detail oriented.
