Legal Manager
Mô tả công việc
1. Legal Support
- Consult on all relevant regulations of the State or other authorities to the management
- Develop and implement corporate governance regulations, in conjunction with relevant departments, approved by the Board of Management
- Examine, correct, supplement and complete legal documents, issued documents, transaction documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Company regulations, labor law and other gorvernment's regulations
- Carry out procedures related to paperwork such as establishment, change, registration of trademark of Company
2. Contract Review
- Review and control the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company
- Prepare the legal documents of the company and represent the settlement of disputes arising from the Company with partners, customers, contractors, state authorities under
3. Insurance & Risk Management
- Develop managing tools for the internal legal system and programs to review - evaluate the implementation and compliance of Divisions / Departments
- Exchange and proceed with the Company's property insurance contracts
- Actively handle and advise the Company's leaders to deal well with legal situations
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate with diploma in Law, having a practicing certificate and participating in Law Association
- At least 5 years working experience at the same position
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese laws, international law system, FIDIC and construction law
- Leadership, critical thinking and ability to make decisions.
- Dynamic, extrovert, pleasant, honest and progressive
- Planning and organizing skills
- Proficiency in English ( 4 skills)
- Working Place: Mieu Noi Residential Area, Binh Thanh District

- Salary: 40M-50M (Or be negotiable according to your abilities and experience)
