Job Description
- Attendance of know-how sessions
- Familiarization with the legal organization, policies and central directives of Bosch in SEA
- Perform legal researches in all aspect of Vietnam laws (corporate, business activities, commercial, investment, cybersecurity and data protection, real estates, IP, etc.)
- Support in drafting and vetting internal guidelines and standards
- Support in drafting internal legal circulars, proposals for management approval
- Coordination with external service providers including translators and corporate secretarial service providers
- Assist in creation of internal checklists, management of legal database of contracts, entity constitutional documents, clause library, etc.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Final year from University majoring in Law
- Working experience in foreign companies or prestigious law firms is a plus
- Eloquent in Vietnamese; excellent in English writing and speaking skills
- Standard skill for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Strong academics
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve problems in a professional manner
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Discipline and ability to work effectively and independently or as part of a team
- Ability to identify good practices and areas for improvement in team performance
- Open minded
- Curious about business
- Regular working time: 6-8hrs/day, Monday-Friday
