Overall View of the Job

The Legal Intern will be responsible for supporting Legal team in 3 main fields: contract & legal documents management, legal update & advice and information security management. He or she will also be in charge of translating legal documents and engaging in Legal's process improvement & development.
Job Description
1. Contract & Legal docs of Company:
- Draft and revise contracts, agreements, forms, and relevant legal documents; and.
- Manage and submit documents of application, amendment to the competent authorities.
2. Legal Update and Advice:
- Keep abreast with updates in Vietnam Laws; and.
- Legal researching about advertising, enterprise, investment, labor, intellectual property, etc. as prescribed in law.
3. Information Security Management:
- Apply information security management (ISM) for all staffs, suppliers, and Clients; and.
- Prepare and perform jobs related to the ISM process when being assigned.
4. Other duties:
- Translate contracts, agreement, and relevant legal documents; and.
- Develop and follow the internal regulations & process systems.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Be able to work full-time; Intern duration - 6 months;
- An independent, confident, excellent team-work and knowledge-sharing spirit;
- Demonstrated good communication, responsibility, and loyalty;
- Be proficient in English;
- Carefulness in reading and understanding;
- Discretion, ability to work under pressure.

- Salary range: 2,000,000 - 3,000,000 per month;
