• Report to Head of Finance department
• Research and analyze legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions.
• Standardized company agreements and other legal documents.
• Review, follow and keep tracking and give comments to other departments about agreements and other legal documents.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters (if any).
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors (if any).
• Oversee regulatory and compliance matters.
• Support and work closely with controlling teams (FIN dept) to ensure compliance (25%).
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by FIN manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree in law. Preferably postgraduate (master) degrees in Law and possessing a lawyer’s professional certificate.
• Age: under 35 years old
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Experience: more than 3 years. Preferably has background in big legal firms.
