Mô tả công việc

Contract management:

Review, draft contracts from vendors, suppliers; agreements and other legal documents to support brand’s trading & marketing activities and to ensure the company’s full legal rights, mitigate risks against any legal implications.
Monitor compliances with contracts, signatory process and policies in adherence to law and regulations of company
Proceed signing in accordance with agreed timetable
Review and manage contract templates to send to third party
Resolve daily issues and escalates with appropriate analysis and get advice from Line Manager

Update License & report to government:

Study necessary license procedures to meet the business needs
Co-work with lawfirm to get their advices on necessary licensing issues.
Assist to draft documents and implement administrative procedures with the Government
Control filling of all licensing documents of the company and provide timely for business
Implement reports relating to license operation in quaterly, semi yearly and yearly.
Execute ad-hoc legal projects as requested
Take other assignments from Line Manager

Legal matters:

Research laws and provide legal advices on various legal issues in various areas of the laws such as investment law, corporate law, Intellectual Property law, etc;
Work closely with the business functions to ensure compliance with the applicable rules, laws and regulations and the company's policies and mitigate business risks
Assist to draft legal documents and advice employees on legal.
Assist in any assigned ad-hoc duties/projects

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor’s Degree in law.
From 01 to 02 year working experience (in Trading, Retails is preferable)
Critical thinking & Result-oriented
Proactive and independent under high pressure
Good command of spoken and written English
Good command of communication and negotiation skills
Efficiency in computer skills
Significant contract law experience and ability to draft contracts to a high standard
