Legal Counsel
Mô tả công việc
· This position will directly report Country Manager
. Writing, reviewing and amending legal agreements including, but not limited to service agreements, NPL purchase agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, intercompany loans, etc.
· Managing NPL (non-performing loan) purchase projects in Vietnam.
· Researching, understanding and interpreting the law and regulation in matters related to operations or business.
· Ensuring legal compliance with all applicable corporate and financial regulation.
· Developing a network amongst key regulatory stakeholders in BI and OJK and act as a lobbyist for AsiaCollect’s interests.
· Counterpart with AFPI and AFTECH in matters related to debt collection and help steer their policy towards AsiaCollect’s interests.
· Providing legal advise to the senior management in a variety of legal topics.
· Acting as a first point of contact for AsiaCollect’s clients’ legal departments.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
· Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as in-house legal advisor at a corporation or in a law firm, practising preferably in the fields of corporate law or finance law.
· Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
· High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
· Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information.
· Bachelor’s degree in law by a reputable university.
· Knowledge of the financial sector and regulation is a strong advantage.
· Fluency in English is mandatory.
