Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for all compliance & legal issues for the company (including but not limited to enterprise, investment, labor, civil, finance, banking, fintech).
- Research, evaluate and collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures of the company.
- Design effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
- Communicate and cooperate with external third-parties (competent authorities, external counsel and other partners of the company).
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, official and legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
- Regularly update law regulations pertaining to the business activities of the company.
- Research and provide legal opinion to Board of Director as required from time to time.
- Conduct legal training courses for staffs.
- Perform other related works, duties as assigned by Board of Director.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- MA or BSc in Laws.
- Proficient in English (4 skills).
- Proven experience as a Supervisor/ Team Leader, finance & banking or fintech industry is nice to have.
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information.
