Mô tả công việc
1. Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
2. Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
3. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
4. Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues.
5. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
6. Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
7. Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. MA or BS in Economics Laws or Finance – Banking will be considered an advantage
2. Good at using English (4 skills)
3. Proven at least 02 years experience as a legal counsel in business environment
4. Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
5. High degree of professional ethics and integrity
6. Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
